I went to blume well for my first prenatal yoga class and it was amazing! The instructor, Haley, was calm, offered a lot of modifications for every point of pregnancy, and made the space warm & welcoming. Will definitely be back!
Tara’s hands are literally magic and she also always gives the best advice for everything motherhood and PP. I ask for gift cards for every special occasion so that I am never too far from a Blume well massage!
