I ordered 2 pieces of bolection trim delivered to my home in NJ. When it arrived one piece was split almost halfway through. I called and Terry said he would replace it immediately. The replacement arrived quickly at no extra charge to me. Terry said he packed it himself this time so it wouldn’t get damaged. Such outstanding customer service on a small order is truly rare these days and very much appreciated.
Called, asked a question and was hung up on.
Terry was beyond helpful in assisting me with finding a 34 inch interior trim for my wall. I searched high and low everywhere for a specific design and he came through! Thanks again
recently went to Blumer & Stanton to find a specific base molding - unfortunately they did not have it in stock but the front office gave me all the information needed about the product and recommended a place including the address where i could get it- That's great customer service !!!!
