Need to work on better customer service. They can be very rude and unprofessional.
Their blumberglegalforms website has been down for 2 days. I have a lease document I need to finalize for a contract signing today! Multiple emails and phone calls, no returns. I can't believe a "legal documents" company with an income producing transnational web portal has ZERO tech or customer support on a Sat/Sun. Very poor.
