I had a terrible experience with Blumark. I am a healthcare provider and was working 1099 previously, and I started using Blumark after reading a recommendation. Since, I have now seen negative reviews on the same pages, which I agree with now. The tax season was a nightmare. I was so stressed out, and I also didn’t receive clear instructions on what I should send for estimated taxes. I am updating my review from a couple years ago. Our accountant, whom we like, moved over to here and we followed her. It has become an increasing mess over the last 2 years. The tax caddy system is terrible, obviously designed so that you do all the admin work of uploading documents, increasing the ease for the admin. We were tasked with learning the supposedly easy system (no tutorial) and had constant problems. This is hands down the worst tax service company that I have ever worked with. Taxes always months overdue with zero communication. I tried calling and emailing them for years for tax advice with no response. I did get one phone call from them,and that was when my taxes were done and they were looking to get paid.
