Purchased a case a screen protector. Manager installed and messed it up. Asked for a refund. Manager kept case and screen protector and said money would be back on my card in 3 to 5 business days. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. Their impossible to get ahold of by phone.

I went in to get my provider switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity, but I changed my mind when I saw how the manager Chasity treated her employees. She was talking to specifically one employee in an extremely condescending manner and physically pushed her out of the way. I was planing on transferring 5 lines from T-mobile to here, but i decided not to after what I witnessed. I’ve tried reaching out to the corporate office to file a complaint against her, but I was unsuccessful.
