Six months ago, a knee injury left me walking with considerable difficulty. Today, thanks to the expert guidance of Will Cohen, I can comfortably climb stairs, enjoy walks, and handle most physical activities. Will designed a personalized exercise program that was perfectly suited to my needs and adjusted it as I made progress over time. I can’t say enough about the enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and skill he brought to my recovery.
I was referred to Bluff Road Physio by my GP for neck pain and headaches. My physio treatment was given by Will Cohen who was very aware of the problem I had and treated me most effectively. After 5 visits my headaches had vanished and my neck pain dramatically reduced. The exercises Will gave me were easy to do at home and well worth the effort.
