Very kind staff & excellent pool, gym, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi. The only reason for my less than 5 star review is that the men’s changing rooms have many broken lockers and the room itself is always very damp and definitely needs to be cleaned more often as the floor is quite grimy. Sauna, swimming pool and steam room are clean and in a good condition. Elena on the reception was really nice and supporting with all my ridiculous requests.
I was on vacation and decided to treat myself to a massage—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I was guided to a peaceful relaxation room and asked to wait comfortably until the masseuse was ready for me. The massage itself was amazing—deeply relaxing and comforting. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge during my trip.
Eleanor or Elena on the desk was so lovely and went the extra mile to make our spa day comfortable.
Myself and my partner have been looking for a nice spa to use when we have a day off together. We called up in advance to ask if we could pay just to use the spa facilities. The cost for us both was £60 which is far too much for what it is. We managed an hour before we left. The spa looks nothing like the photo it’s very dark and dirty.
