People were very friendly Helpful. Nicely kept grounds.
Unique community so home values have kept a constant. Most residents keep their homes maintained. Too many Mgnt turnovers and they do not seem to possess the skills to deal with the public, ignore concerns and are not transparent. Hot tub replaced approx 2023 and closed since late 2023 (parts are coming is always the reason). Pool is constantly closed for improper chemical levels and we pay for amenities.
