Please be advised that this business required a large deposit for the construction of a boat cover and then repeatedly failed to deliver the cover or refund my deposit. Over a period of many months the business owner C. Cummins has promised uncounted times to first deliver the cover, and then later to refund my deposit. Each promised deadline was ignored and it became more and more difficult to even communicate with the owner. I have filed a fraud notice with the Virginia Attorney General's office which you can reference.
I have paid half of 20k for new flooring in July 2025. Chandler came and took out my old flooring a week and a half later. Said she and her helper would be back on Monday to install flooring. It is now 5 weeks later and nothing. She will not answer text or phone messages. I had success with her father on a boat cover previously. Does anyone have Christopher’s phone number? At this point I am not sure they are still in business. My attorney will find out.
Promises made and never kept. Multiple times arrangement were made to come to the boat and never showed up. Don’t waste your time!
