Very friendly. When I went in there today I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience as I did at the other bicycle shop in Niceville. Thank you guys so much for your help.
This morning I dropped off my Trek Madone for service. Chris called around noon to tell me it was ready. There is nothing quite like quick and cheerful service. I’m glad to have a quality bike shop so close to home.
Had my chain replaced this Wednesday and Chris did an excellent job. He even dialed in the cable tension for the shifters which I really appreciated. Went for a ride yesterday, the chain is very quiet and shifting is very smooth. Thanks Chris for keeping me rolling.
My husband and I have had three of our bikes serviced at Bluewater Bicycles and continue to be impressed with Chris's customer service. Our bikes are performing perfectly and we are so happy they opened their shop. This is the local bike shop this area needs. Highly recommend!
