I can’t recommend Charles Bluestone enough. He’s extremely thorough, strategic, and gives clear, practical advice. Even years later after we engaged him, he proactively flagged that the buyers weren’t paying their property taxes... something that could have jeopardized our first position lien and cost us a significant amount of money.
