I've never left a negative review, but sadly had a poor experience speaking with Ross over the phone today, seems like they have enough business and don't want new customers. Rang initially to ensure they were familiar with certain types of deductions and rang back with a clarifying question, because I had made a mistake on the initial call, but he seemed frustrated to receive the second call.
