So disappointed, I needed to cancel my appt due to a medical complication and the woman I spoke to on the phone (the manager) wasn’t the least bit understanding and charged me a fee. Not to mention I was only 30 minutes past the 24 hour window!
Went with my brother last week for the intro spa pass. So much fun. Expect to be shown some very interesting alternative therapy for any ailment. I loved the steam egg! We left feeling invigorated and cleansed from inside my core to the tips of my pores. Our guide was super sweet and took great care of us the entire time. We were there about 2 hrs total. Wish they had this in Santa Cruz!
