BlueSprig has made a world of difference for my son. The therapists are caring and supportive and I am so thankful for them. They get ten stars. Their billing department and communication in that specific department is the only issue. Trying to get someone on the phone to discuss an insurance rejection or request is impossible. Love this place! They communicate with me about everything and if I’m not available to be there they allow Gigi or dad to come around. They let me go in the back if needed but I know my son will be ok without me being there. Highly recommend! Awesome rbts and bcbas!
