Consistently poor banking experience.
Yes it is different from regular banking. Innovation isn’t always perfect but BlueShore is trying. The only reason I give them a 4 is the distance of having to get to a teller. You have to walk the whole length of the branch.
Great concept but ATM without envelopes doesn’t function well. I had to submit 6 bills separately
Nice looking place, however build for wealthy clients and dont want to work with new businesses. I mean it - they just said because business is new they dont want to open account. Spend a week arranging meeting, meeting was cancelled, when came got a lot of rude questions like i was asking for loan, then they refused to open saving account. Awesome - dont waste your time there only if you have extra money and no place to invest
