Don’t even try emailing this branch or asking them to respond by email because they will ignore your request and continue to call you throughout the work day. If you don’t pick up, they won’t help. Decided to switch to a different bank and they wouldn’t approve a TFSA account transfer for 2+ months, so we just decided to lose the contribution room and sell it to send it to my other bank. Highly disappointed but not surprised!
Regardless of which banking brand you use, Edgemont Village as a whole has some pretty bad customer service when it comes to in-branch banking. But, this outfit is next level. Astonishingly inept and unprepared staff at the Edgemont branch. The corporate side of Blueshore (which was just purchased by another bank for some reason) is equally dopey. If you own a mattress, your money is probably safer and easier to get at beneath it.
