Absolutely deplorable customer service. We've had our mortgage with this branch for 12 years, recently (over 2 months ago), we reached out to consolidate and refinance. Kevin Kwan met with us, over the phone, and agreed to receive our application. We had never missed a payment or been tardy either Despite running a credit check, which lowers your score, Mr Kwan refused to return our calls and emails. I’ve had fairly good experience with Mirena Wilson and Arvind Chhabria from this branch with regards to my mortgage. They were both fairly quick to respond to my emails. When I had issues with my chequing account, Mirena resolved the issue immediately. I’m very happy with their assistance. The staff at this location have been very friendly. They greeted me promptly. Excellent service from Arvind Chhabria. I can't recommend him enough! As our financial advisor, he always went above and beyond to ensure seamless communication and advocated for the best deal for us. The branch is quite nice, lots of available parking on the street and around the corner.
I just went there and they give you a really good price thank you guys. Highly recommended.
