Rude and condescending teller. If my experience was different I would have considered opening an account.
Blueshore (Parkgate) has to be the least customer friendly banking institution I have ever dealt with in over 45 years of dealings with Banks and credit unions. They go out of their way to make things difficult for customers and are not open to helping the customer. It's there way, or the highway. Avoid at all costs!
Warm competent people in a cozy welcoming environment. These aren’t the words that come to mind when speaking about one’s bank, are they? Well, our experience was just that.. what a breath of fresh air! And the interest on the term deposits? Make sure you ask about it, because it’s delicious.
Matt and James and the crew of very friendly and accommodating staff make one's visit for business and banking seem personable. Thank you 😊 all
