Unbelievable craftsmanship and even better customer service!! I ordered 8 light fixtures from Blueprint Lighting back in Feb. Two of the light fixtures were 2 weeks behind awaiting glass. I was contacted by the owner Kelly and she communicated with me the entire process until I received the last remaining light fixtures. The quality of blueprint really shows and I couldn’t be happier!
Dissatisfied with Blueprint Lighting's execution and customer service. After ordering sconces for multiple bedrooms nearly two months ago, we still haven't received our products. Upon our follow-up, we discovered they had shipped our order to the wrong customer. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including reaching out to leadership, has not made a difference.
