Amazing post purchase support. We purchased a dining room set 4 years ago from Blueprint Home. Recently we discovered a crack in the chair frame under the seat. Even though the manufacturer denied any warranty the store owner Jane made it right and replaced the chair with a new one at no cost to us. Never expected that but she exemplifies Customer Service to the max. Thanks Jane!
