Perfect Customer Service
Wow! That’s all I can say. I did everything online for account opening and it was amazing. I work a ton of hours so getting time to get into a branch is hard for me. Every person from BlueOx I’ve encountered through email, phone and video call were exceptional in service and went above and beyond for me and my situation to get an account opened with them. Credit Union is very customer focused. Recommend instead of a bank. However, I can't get them on the phone. I am placed on hold, interrupted by a taped offer to call back instead of being on hold. If you elect to not use the call back, eventually the system automatically places you in callback, and hangs up. Four times yesterday and twice today the credit union called me back, but the call goes straight to voice mail and my phone doesn't ring.
atms are trash. Always outta of service having all kinds of issues
