Credit Union is very customer focused. Recommend instead of a bank. However, I can't get them on the phone. I am placed on hold, interrupted by a taped offer to call back instead of being on hold. If you elect to not use the call back, eventually the system automatically places you in callback, and hangs up. Four times yesterday and twice today the credit union called me back, but the call goes straight to voice mail and my phone doesn't ring.

First off I'm going to say I understand security is a important concern. But Blueox was very insensitive, and cold when my family had some concerns. My wife which is on the loans we had for 2 of our vehicles, was unreachable(hospital) for a while and we needed to get caught up on our car payments because she was not able to... no communication with me or the outside world, all I was trying to do was pay the car notes. 09/2025 update- with the new merger announced only a couple of weeks ahead of the change, but no plans in place for replacing peoples cards And transitioning to the new account numbers. I followed all of the directions and I’m now locked out of my account. They seem incapable of providing a seamless customer experience. I previously considered changing, now I v am more than considering it after being told that I was number 58 in line on the phone today.
