The staff at Blue Ox is wonderful. The manager and tellers are friendly. I have been especially impressed with DeLisa. I've met with her in person and handled business over the phone. She is professional and helpful. She always calls back when I leave a voicemail message. I wish all businesses I work with had employees like her!
They will repo your car with no warning, before 90 days over due. They will tell you it’s ok to get your new job, and take it as soon as you’re employed. Disgusting policies, duplicitous morals and people that do not listen. Go somewhere else.
Credit Union is very customer focused. Recommend instead of a bank.
