My experience at the Portage branch of Blue Ox Credit Union was fantastic! I want to give a huge shout-out to Noelle S., the lending specialist. She was awesome and provided me with incredibly fast and friendly service. I also had the pleasure of working with Jen O. in membership services, and she was so helpful, informative, and friendly. The whole team made the process a breeze. Highly recommend!
This branch only allows banking off of a terminal in the foyer. Blue Ox in general is extremely difficult to get things changed. Plan on months to switch accounts or close accounts. Many times your given an email that no one checks.
Since my last post, I received a call Blue OX and I am very satisfied in the way they handled my complaint.
