This branch only allows banking off of a terminal in the foyer. Blue Ox in general is extremely difficult to get things changed. Plan on months to switch accounts or close accounts. Many times your given an email that no one checks.
Since my last post, I received a call Blue OX and I am very satisfied in the way they handled my complaint.
Christine Spencer helped me get a check cleared this morning. She did it so fast I was impressed, exepically after hearing that it wouldn't be cleared for another 3 weeks. You have genuinely helped me out with one. This is why I continue to bank with blue ox!
