Rude, unwelcoming, slow
A Blue Ox worker told me I was not entitled to a lien release form and that my refinancer was responsible for providing the documents. I was also told my credit union was instructed not to provide it to me. When I contacted LAFCU, the current lien holder, they said that was absolutely absurd. The payoff check was cashed nearly a month ago, and I even received an overpayment check after my old account was closed because funds were redirected from the loan payoff.
