After over 30 years at this credit union, having my debit card shut down with no explanation, flat out refusal to raise my daily spending limit, theft from my account by an employee. And ignorant and unprofessional management. Im done, moving to a real financial institution was a breath of fresh air! You can keep the $5 in the account, its easier than spending half a day with your incompetent employees

If I could give zero stars I would. I call everytime I go on vacation to let them know not to block my card for purchases and to raise my daily limit. I do this a week in advance and everytime I go on vacation I have issues with my card. I called the 800 number as well and she stated that she never had a problem so neither should I. I have went on a vacation every year for the last five years and it has happened every time. If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped into the Coldwater branch today because it’s part of the co-op for the credit union I use, which does not have a branch in Coldwater. I went in to get a cashiers check ( I used the branch last month and received excellent service) but today one teller wasn’t sure concerning the co-op services and asked a teller named Sarah. I told my teller there wasn’t an issue last month with a different teller ( I said the teller’s name). Sarah said,” Just because she did it doesn’t mean we actually do it”.
