I stopped into the Coldwater branch today because it’s part of the co-op for the credit union I use, which does not have a branch in Coldwater. I went in to get a cashiers check ( I used the branch last month and received excellent service) but today one teller wasn’t sure concerning the co-op services and asked a teller named Sarah. I told my teller there wasn’t an issue last month with a different teller ( I said the teller’s name). Sarah said,” Just because she did it doesn’t mean we actually do it”. I have been a member since 1971. We have enjoyed the services over the years. I am, however, perplexed as to the lobbies being closed all day Wednesday. The ITeller is a convenient option, but not the same as face to face. I am disappointed with this decision
The worst
I’ve been banking with BlueOx for 15 plus years, them allowing me to help me out with all my purchases!
I was having a toss up about moving banks, I had been apart of the same bank my entire life so making a move was like leaving your childhood home… But a wonderful team member named Sarah, made moving to blue ox a breeze, gave me such confidence that I needed when moving to a new bank. She went above and beyond to help me set my account up, and has coached me through the different things blue ox has to offer!
