Terrible service.. I asked several employees for help they gave me a 1 word answer and walked away. I asked for a product and the girl handed it to me and walked away. Another girl I told her I was looking for new facial moisturizer and soap etc she gave me NO suggestions. I'm done with Blue Mercury...I've tried many times to get customers service and always walk out disappointed.
I shop here all the time the woman are very knowledgeable here. if you are looking to explore new product's they'll will tell you up front whats worth your money and what NOT to buy I highly appreciate there honestly!
I absolutely love this place. All of the employees are SO truly knowledgable on the products they sell and genuinely enjoy sharing their information with you during your shopping experience. I have been coming here for a few years and every employee I have met has been so nice and so helpful - never pushy or forcing you to make a purchase. I love this location! The staff is amazing. I think her name is Madison, or Maddie..but she is the best. She has helped me several times and has a great knowledge of the product and is very patient. Any of the staff members really are great at what they do and I have had a pleasant experience each time I have visited. You will NOT be disappointed! This little skin care boutique and spa has the kindest staff. You definitely feel like they take pride in what they do and represent. It is personal. As it should be. Nothing is more intimate than what goes on your skin. You are in good hands here
