The associates have no idea what they’re doing at this location. I called them about a specific product and one associate said that they had three in stock and if they could hold it if I paid for it over the phone until the end of the week and then she said oh we can’t hold it, but we can do free shipping and now the manager said that they only have one in stock. So I would avoid this location at all costs and go to the other locations

This absolutely the worse blue mercury ever. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE. I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THIS LOCATION 5 TIMES SINCE OPENED AND THEIR FACE OILS, CREAMS, AND LOTIONS ARE GENERALLY NOT FRESH, EXPIRED, AND SEEM DILUTED COMPARED TO BUYING DIRECT FROM THE MANUFACTURER. They claim they sell authentic skincare, makeup, and beauty products from higher end brands. A blue mercury store is similar to sephora but a smaller store.
