Very disappointed. I had a spa appointment booked for the day after Christmas (today) as a gift to myself and they called 3 hours before to cancel. No explanation- no sorry - no can we help you rebook- no can we make it up to you. Just “she is not coming in today”. I would have expected more compassion especially given the holidays and it was obviously a gift. I absolutely love this Bluemercury store, they by far have the sweetest and nicest employees working here in the entire Chicago land area. Spencer helped me out and she was so patient in helping me find some perfume scents that would best fit my note preferences. I also have been helped so many times by Ariel and she definitely had a huge influence on me to keep returning to this specific Blue Mercury location. I drive far ways just to come to this specific store and I enjoy my experience every time. Thank you guys! ☺️🩷
I called ahead to confirm that they had an item I was looking for. I ended up driving 30 minutes there only to find out they didn't actually have it. The staff was very unhelpful and didn't even want to provide a sample when I requested one.
Great personalized service. Women who work here helped me pick the right products and right shade. They listen to your concerns and take the time to help. Will be back again.
I have never written a review for anything, but I had to tell about the great experience I had at this blue mercury location. I came in, in search of an assortment of things and I was greeted with so much kindness and a genuine care to help. Most specifically, Spencer, helped me so much to find exactly what I was looking for and was so amazing at answering my many questions! Will definitely be back!
