Not what I expected but I wasn’t surprised with the experience! The only reason I even considered coming to BlueMercury is cuz Sephora, and Nordstrom didn’t carry a specific brand in-store I was looking for and to purchase a face wash that was out of stock and I avoided coming into this store until now. I came to Bluemercury to buy a serum, and April was incredibly helpful. She took the time to check the expiration date for me and answered all my questions. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you for the great service!
Just want to give an update. I decided to try going to this location again today and I have to say I had an amazing experience. I want to give a shout out to Lucy and another girl that was helping us, but I forgot her name. They really treated me kindly and like I matter , I’m glad to see that some changes have been made at this location. I will definitely come again and hopefully I get to work with Lucy and the other reps that are kind and don’t judge people simply based on their appearance. ……….Worst customer service I’ve ... read more
