Just want to give an update. I decided to try going to this location again today and I have to say I had an amazing experience. I want to give a shout out to Lucy and another girl that was helping us, but I forgot her name. They really treated me kindly and like I matter , I’m glad to see that some changes have been made at this location. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a makeup store, let alone one that is supposed to be very high end! I went in to look at the Victoria Beckham range; I was interested in the new foundation, the kajal liners, and anything else that took my fancy. I was bombarded by several people asking if they could color match me. In my experience, a classy establishment allows people through the door before attempting a hard sell!
