Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a makeup store, let alone one that is supposed to be very high end! I went in to look at the Victoria Beckham range; I was interested in the new foundation, the kajal liners, and anything else that took my fancy. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the sales ladies have such an air about them. Unless you look like 1 million bucks good luck getting any help the way they even look at you is deplorable. I completely agree with a lot of the other reviews on here about the store. Deplorable and hurtful. My daughter shops regularly in there, despite the consistent bitter environment. Ever so polite and staying in her own world to be able to ignore, uponmy reques, the garbage of personalities who work there - this most recent time she was making a purchase as she waited at the counter for the old (most bitter of them all) lady with glasses to finish the transaction, my daughter looked toward the jar of samples, to see if she recognized one we're considering.
