Wonderful and helpful staff.
i think this last shopping experience was much better than the last experience. They do have a tendency to sell out quickly of the more popular items but it is to be expected.
I love blue mercury but I feel that even though the shop may be selling high ended products anti aging products may not be the key. I also feel it's not selling the right kind of products to the intended audience.( by age group woman)
I purchased a product from them called Mara Volcanic Clay Detox Massque. This product can be slightly costly, so when I saw it on Blue Mercury for a more reasonable price, I was excited to order it. That is, until I received the product. The jar was barely filled and the product was rock hard. Blue Mercury apparently doesn't keep proper inventory and they sell expired products to consumers.
