I purchased a product from them called Mara Volcanic Clay Detox Massque. This product can be slightly costly, so when I saw it on Blue Mercury for a more reasonable price, I was excited to order it. That is, until I received the product. The jar was barely filled and the product was rock hard. Blue Mercury apparently doesn't keep proper inventory and they sell expired products to consumers. They would have nice sales but unfortunately most sold out very quickly and my Birthday option was not available either. instead of giving me a brand to brand option, they asked me to change my mind to get the "other only option." I told them twice this was not of interest to me...so I am changing my mind about their great business and not purchasing from their website anymore.
Hours on their website say open till 6:00 pm on Sunday's. Doors locked at 5:08 pm today, January 11, 2026. Please update website ao that customers do not make unnecessary trips to your store.
Keisha showed me step by step how to PROPERLY use various eye makeup, brow pencils etc. She made me look great - more importantly, I feel like I can replicate it all at home.
