They work one truck at a time
A phone call on Thursday was made for delivery appointment, lady set us up with a 10am, arrived here Tuesday at 941am and was told it was a noon appointment. I sat patiently and went back at 1230 and asked when they was gonna unload me due to having another load to pick up, then I was told I was a work-in and they was short handed but would get someone now to unload me. From 941 to 1pm 1 truck went in at 1050 to unload that is it. Now it's 120 pm empty waiting on paperwork.....have paperwork 122. Total time unloading 23min w... read more

Arrived here about 45 mins before my appt time (mid morning). Observed a driver in front of me checking in and he was told his appt was way later that afternoon and they made him leave the property and told him he could return no earlier than 3hrs prior to his appt time. So, delivery drivers dont show up early and get disappointed! Make sure you have/know your appt time!Make sure you follow the instructions they give and the signs posted! DO NOT UNTARP until they tell you to! It does take a minute to get your paperwork back ... read more
