I love my BlueJay Bike. I bought it in Dec 2023 and have never looked back. I get compliments on it all the time and it can hold a lot of items with the front + back rack, plus the adorable basket!! I thought I was having battery issues about 3 years after I bought it. Turned out to not be the issue, but Meaghan was great with customer service. We're so happy with our new Bluejay bike! It's beautiful, well-designed, and such a fun ride. We ordered online, but I'm leaving this review for anyone outside the local area who might also be interested in reading reviews before ordering. Our first delivery unfortunately arrived with a few dings in transit, but Jen (the owner) and Meaghan from client support helped resolve things with a replacement. I’ve been curious about this electric bike company for awhile now so I had to take the opportunity to come see them in person. WOW what a smooth ride!! Powered nicely. Shelby in the store was super helpful, patient with adjustments for our test ride and had a great sense of humor. She made me feel right at home and comfortable getting back on a bike after many years. Highly recommend giving these a try.
Loved the bike selection! We rented 2 bikes for a week and had such a blast riding around Newport Beach. We got helmets and locks and awesome service from the team at Bluejay! Make sure to get a bell on your bike
