There have been some recent staff changes which have resulted in communication challenges and delays in receiving responses from the team. We’re hopeful these issues will be resolved soon, and once they are, I’ll update this review accordingly. Overall positive experience with Bluehat since hiring for new website in 2021.A few staff changes since then but communication overall has been good and reliable. We've recommended a few professionals their way as we think they offer good service and value.
