This is the worst bank experience I’ve ever had. They don’t offer credit cards, so many restrictions and no where near enough accommodations for their members. If there’s a problem on the weekend you have to wait until I Monday.Granted they allowed me a time to get my account straight before closing it out. Excellent customer service! Thom made my commercial business loan so simple. All the tellers have been so friendly and helpful. Not going anywhere.
I have nothing but the greatest admiration & thanks for the girls (tellers) at your facility in Mooresville. My wife & me had multiple hacks to our debit cards & Nicole Johns went out of her way to talk to me & showed me how & what to do to make sure this would not happen again up to & including a local computer company that could clean up my laptop.
