I went to this facility to help lead a church service and was so impressed with what I saw. The home was lovely and the residents were happy and well taken care of. The owners are wonderful people who truly care.
We were so fortunate that Bluegrass Terrace had a room available for our mother last year. The facility is beautiful; it's very clean and I like that it always smells fresh when you enter the building. The owner, Richard, and the staff at Bluegrass Terrace truly care about the residents; they take the time to really get to know them, and they communicate with families when something comes up, or even just to share something funny our mom may have said or did. Small, family-run. Owner is a pastor who makes meals as well as cares for residents. Never seen my mom smile so much in assisted living. Big step up from corporate, for profit facilities in the Columbia area.
Bluegrass has been a huge blessing to my grandmother and our family. Richard goes above and beyond for the residents. He works so incredibly hard to make Bluegrass and its residents comfortable and safe.
