I have nothing but praises to report for everyone that worked with me on my PT! Specifically the ones I dealt with the most, Kaitlyn & the other ladies at the front desk to check in & my PT team I worked with: Evan, Ellie, Rachelle, Caroline. I also worked a few times with Christine & Laura. I never worked with Sarah, but she was akways very friendly when I was there. I highly recommend them. They are friendly however, very hard to get anyone to answer when calling. Georgetown location doesn’t accept walk-ins after initially being told otherwise. Spend more time waiting than actual physical therapy, with little communication concerning treatment goals and overall recovery process.
Such a wonderful team of physical therapists. They have been there for me in a very difficult time.
