A great health insurer for Kentucky residents! I love this company! They have been my health insurer for 5 out of the past 6 years. Although rates have gone up considerably, along with co-pays, I love them because we have no deductible and need no referral to see a specialist. Actually, they couldn't make it any easier than they do to get help.
