RecommendedEveryone I've dealt with seems pleasant and willing to help. They are fullly insured by NCUA which is the same as FDIC for banks and the members are the owners. No shareholders to pay like banks.

Worst bank in Ashland! My accounts are direct deposit to pay loans and they can't even do that right. Then the manager threatens me on the phone! They mess my account up every pay period! Even my employer told me to pull my money from this place and go to a REAL bank!
This is the second time that we have had money taken out of our account. Last time they put it back. This time the manager is refusing to do anything at all. We have proven the payment was not authorized by us and the payment was not sent to the Federal Student Loan dept like the credit union manager is claiming.
