The staff seem not at all happy to be there and so not a pleasant place to walk into when I go to visit, which would be fine except it seems an inconvenience to even be cheerful when speaking to the residents. The residents are not at all treated as individuals but as a single group who need to fit in with the staff schedule. Which is disappointing as this is now their home. Underskilled and undertrained staff with no genuine care for residents. Relationships with the residents need to be made which isnt easy when there is a language barrier.

If I could rate 6/5 I would. My mum was in the care of the staff at Nazerene for 3 years and they became family to both her and myself. They were quick to respond to her needs, thorough and regularly consistent with there calls to me updating on mums wellbeing. When mum went to hospital for the last time I received calls checking in on how she was. She was loved by all. The staff go over and above and as I said at the beginning of this review if I could give it 6 out of 5 I would! I highly recommend this age care facility.
