I cannot praise the staff at BlueCare Redcliffe enough. They were outstanding to my mum who lived there for two and a half years with dementia. They were kind, always treated her with absolute respect and dignity and called my brother and I the moment there was even a hint of an issue. You know they’re great when they don’t know you’re there watching, and they are nothing but fabulous with all residents (even those who are being rude) - it’s innate to their values and character.
