Lack of communication! Food is like being in prison! My mother in law should be treated better! Staff are so rude and mean
I visited my friend & found her room cold & uninviting colours in the room.Her view outside her window was a large skip full of disguarded furniture plus extra disguarded furniture around the skip.Apparently this skip has been the whole time whilst my friend was on Respite.Such an unsightly view for the resident & friends visiting. I found the staff helpful & respectful to my friend which is a big '+'
