I visited my friend & found her room cold & uninviting colours in the room.Her view outside her window was a large skip full of disguarded furniture plus extra disguarded furniture around the skip.Apparently this skip has been the whole time whilst my friend was on Respite.Such an unsightly view for the resident & friends visiting. I found the staff helpful & respectful to my friend which is a big '+'

We are still waiting for direction to perform at Masters Lodge, as we have been doing for 2 yrs. You stated emails would be sent, 8 weeks later still no communication. Very disappointed, so would be your residents As
From what I've seen great place for the elderly
Love this place nice homely feeling and the residents seem very comfortable.
