It is deeply disappointing that my previous feedback was removed, as families deserve transparency. My mother resided at this facility for several years, and the standard of care has completely deteriorated. The staff are entirely unresponsive, unfriendly, and show no genuine care for the residents. The overall environment and culture feel toxic. Total disgrace. My mum was stuck in this dump for a few years, and it’s gone from bad to absolute worst. The staff are bloody hopeless, not a single one of them is friendly or gives a toss about the residents. The whole culture in there is toxic and sick. If you care about your family, don't let them near this joint. It’s the worst spot in Queensland, hands down. 100% not recommended.
