Bluecare Ingham what a disgrace. Visiting my Mum and her homecare package management is a disgrace. The cleaner visited Wednesday as did the yard maintenance. Both leave me with no words. I asked Mum if a member of Bluecare ever came to check on the work done and she said "no." When I arrived on Sunday some of the weeds were 10-15cms tall. The grass long and the lawn the worst I've seen it. The cleaner should be sacked. 2 hours 2 days ago and the photos below will show how dirty and unhygienic her home is.
