I did a tour of the memory support unit. It was horrible. Just souless and awful. It doesn't take much to add a bit of life to a place, a few decorations or pictures. I toured a few of these places and this was by far the worst. I can't speak for the care but there was no love put into the physical space.

Jeremy and the team were wonderful. Being my husband’s first respite experience we were a little apprehensive, but didn’t need to be. The care and friendliness of the team was all you could have wished for, and the home cooked style food was so delicious my husband’s sparrowlike appetite increased significantly. We feel very fortunate to have had the Bluecare Bli Bli experience and recommend it.
