If I could give zero stars I would. She doesn’t return calls or emails once you’ve paid her. She claimed to have sent my amended return back in March. I finally got a hold of someone with the IRS today since she never would pick up the phone. I just found out she never sent it in. I see a few other similar reviews but it looks like she’s been deleting them. Shame on you Jeannie for treating people this way. Word of mouth will do wonders for you, hopefully in the way you deserve.
Last year was great working with Taxperts but this year I cannot get an answer after I gave all the paperwork to her. I am concerned and upset that someone who I trusted to do my taxes won’t respond to me. I don’t have any clue what my next step is and I’m just praying I can file in time and get my paperwork back. It’s been several months since I’ve gotten a response.

This is my second time filing with Bluebonnet Taxperts, and that speaks volume in itself. I'm leaving a 5 star review and heres why: I searched for weeks trying to find the right person or company to help me. I had read previous reviews about customers not being able to contact the person or they were unsatisified with response times.
