I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I had been a client of Bluebonnet Taxperts for several years, and initially the service was great. Unfortunately, that has completely changed. Since June of last year, I’ve been trying to get help resolving an IRS notice requesting additional documentation for a return they prepared. I’ve used Jeannie for years and in the past, she was always flexible and responsive. This year has been totally different. She has totally ghosted, never filed my taxes, and kept leading me on to schedule. It is rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. It’s sad because she was so wonderful and helpful in years past. But this year has been terrible and I won’t be using her services again. Edit : I’m also a small business owner and I don’t ignore my clients or make them fight tooth and nail to get a hold of me.
