Used the service for about a year. Got the starter package that came with a diaper pail and only had to buy diaper covers. The price was cheaper than disposable diapers with no chemicals!
I’ve called several times, left several voicemails and emails and they have yet to return my call. I just filed an official complaint with BBB for being unresponsive and NOT providing a service I paid for. The most unprofessional customer service!! Do not waste your time.
