I was exploring Senior living for myself at several facilities in MA. As i live in NC, my conversations with these facilities were not in person. I spoke with several facilities that left me with more questions than answers until I spoke with Dave Foley at Holiday Bluebird. Dave provided me with outstanding support . He is a caring man who instantly made me feel comfortable in discussing what I needed. I never felt any pressure from him to move forward more quickly.. Absolutely wonderful living facility. It was a seamless move in experience and everyone from the staff to the residents has welcomed us and helped us feel at home. The food has been very good and we love that our grand dogs can visit.
Everyone has been wonderful with my 94 year mother. She feels welcomed and safe in the very pleasant atmosphere. A great place for someone s as independent as my mother. I feel that she is getting the social interaction that she needs. Dining experiences have been great as well.
We visited our family member unexpectedly from out of state and were greeted by John Freeley who welcomed us warmly and showed us to her room and offered us a tour. We then stayed for supper and we were served by JP (John Phillips) who waited on us ("from his heart") and made us feel so welcomed and special. We wanted to tip him but he did not accept. All the employees were so friendly. It is clean and beautiful. My Aunt is happy there and it really felt like being on a holiday! God bless John and JP!
Dave and John were informative, polite and caring through the whole process of getting my mother settled in. Would recommend Bluebird to any senior
