I love having a little bookstore in our town of Crozet. My wife, a self-proclaimed book nerd , calls at her happy place. Excellent customer service. And always a good selection.
Bluebird is my FAVORITE little shop in the entire world. Not exaggerating. They have an INCREDIBLE book selection (curated by a very knowledgeable, in-the-know bookseller who is literally always reading so she can make the best recommendations for her customers) and amazing, high-quality clothes that you seriously cannot find anywhere else. I also LOVE their jewelry. Pretty much, you should 100% stop at Bluebird if you're in the Crozet or Charlottesville area because you can't NOT like it :)
This place is an absolute gem of a bookstore and boutique! Friendly and helpful staff, colorful and funky displays, the perfect amount of books (enough to have plenty of options but not so many that it's overwhelming) with an impressive smattering of genres to choose from and even a small selection of used books. They also had fun clothes (typical sizes S-XL) and accessories plus lots of smaller giftable items like charms, stickers, stationary, art prints and candles. Very cute boutique/book store geared mainly towards women and children. Bright colors and numerous books. It feels so feel of life and joy when you walk in. Staff friendly. I was able to find a great card and small items for my husband. Definitely worth the visit.
