Deana has helped me strengthen and reduce pain after my two pregnancies. I highly recommend working with her, she is empathetic and highly knowledgeable. She was able to give me effective tools and exercises to get my pelvic floor back in order. I will for sure be visiting her again after subsequent pregnancies!
