this lady is a ripoff, terrible customer service. she only cares about the money. the lady has shown no empathy to a friend during the pandemic where there has been enough stress already as is for the bride and groom. would not recommend using her services.
A friend of mine has had an unfortunate experience with this photographer. Ethics and professionalism are at a loss. No refund , with no services rendered due to an international crisis at no ones fault is appalling. Some sort of compromise could have been worked out in a favor of both parties.
