Nice companies, very expensive
The craziest return policy that I ever hear I purchased a product and was informer of a policy change less than an hour later. The new policy was applied retroactively, which was a surprise and not the terms under which I made my purchase.
Terrible customer service. I went back next day to EXCHANGE something. Not even return. It wasn't a sale item. And they didn't take it back. Such bad attitude.
Great customer service in the gown section and a beautiful store. Would definitely recommend
