Edit: Pam booked me into a massage right away and followed up with a text. The therapist had a kind attitude and the massage was very relaxing. Booked in with a major migraine for a massage at 7pm, the girl on the phone confirmed the appointment. When I came, she told me she started on another client and suggested I go to their caulfield branch instead to try my luck there. Being a public holiday, everything else in the area was either closed or booked out. Horrible communication and very unprofessional.
I went there with my friend, this shop is very clean and the quality of massage absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much I look forward to our next visit
